APPLICATION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION AND SCIENCE

Department of Information and Communication Technologies (DICT) of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University invites scientists, graduate students, IT-managing staff of the University, administration and specialists of IT companies to take part in International scientific and practical conference “Application of Information and Communication Technologies in Education and Science”, dedicated to 50th year anniversary of the Department, which will take place on 22nd of November, 2013.
All expenses related to the participation in the conference shall be paid by participants.
The conference will be conducted in three areas:
Section 1.Status and prospects of development of processes of informatization of education and science
Section 2.Technology and telecommunications infrastructure
Section 3.Information resources, Internet and multimedia technology in education
Moreover, in the framework of the conference there will be organized:
Round table “Automation of educational process in the context of the functioning of information system “United system of higher educational management”.
Practical platform Key achievements in the systems of university automation.
The working languages of the International Scientific Conference are Kazakh, Russian and English.
To participate in the conference one must provide the following documents to the Organizing Committee:
1. Application for participation in the conference.
2. Proceedings drawn up in accordance with the attached requirements.
Applications for participation in the conference must be completed in the above-given registration form and submitted along with the conference proceedings (in paper and electronic versions) to Organization Committee before 1 November, 2013.
Papers submitted to the Organizing Committee shall be published in the conference proceedings and will be given before the conference.
